How long can we hire the equipment for?

We can offer weekend hire depending on availability. For all Saturday bookings, hire must be from Friday afternoon to Saturday evening. There is no extra charge for extended hire. 

Do you set up the equipment?

Yes, delivered packages can include set up and pack up for an extra $40 (Saturday bookings being the exception ).  Saturday bookings and DIY packages are provided with instructions for easy set up.

Do you service outside the Tweed Valley? E.g. Gold Coast

Absolutely! We can offer delivery as far north as Robina and as far south as Pottsville, with DIY  packages available for any location. 

(For delivery to suburbs outside the Tweed Valley there is an extra travel fee of up to $40, depending on location).

How much do I have to pay when booking? 

Nothing! However, the hire date will only be secured once the booking form AND $100 deposit have been received.

The deposit will be refunded upon return of equipment - damage free.  

Full payment is not due till 5 days prior the event.  

Do you refund if the weather is bad?

In the event of wet or windy weather, you will be contacted prior to the event to arrange an undercover alternative or else to reschedule booking to a later available date.  If no alternatives can be made and the event is cancelled  within 48hrs, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited or retained as credit  (to be used within 12 months). 

 For this reason we highly recommend that you have an undercover/indoor option just in case! A full refund will be issued for extenuating circumstances.

What is the age limit?

Our play equipment is strictly for children 4 years and under.
